The Boat Place generally ships using United Parcel Service (UPS) as well as United Stated Postal Service (USPS). Under normal circumstances ordered received by 1PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the 1PM cutoff time may still go out the same day, however it is not guaranteed. Shipping costs are determined by transportation method chosen, as well as the weight. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the appropriate box of the shopping cart. The rates will also be displayed during the checkout process prior to entering a payment method.
The Boat Place has a no-hassle return policy for items purchased on our website. No purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 10 days of ship date when accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original, unopened packaging for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable). Returned orders which qualified for free shipping will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. Returned orders must be accompanied by all FREE items which may have been included with the order - any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount based on the items value as stated on the website. Damaged or missing goods will be deducted from the refund total. These shipping and return policies do not apply to Boats, Motors or items not purchased and paid for entirely thorough this website. Policies regarding those items may be obtained in store, at time of purchase. Items which are returned not in their original packaging, quantity, are missing original plastic, or not in resellable condition will be charged a restocking fee of $3 or 15% (which ever is greater). In order for returns to be processed, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping the package. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. To receive an RMA number e-mail inquiry@daltonboat.com. Purchaser will be responsible for all costs related to shipping charges incurred to return the product to us. We hope that our products, as well as our service will meet or exceed your expectations.
